The Issues

On Data Centers

I am completely against the construction of large scale Data Centers in West Virginia. These facilities pollute our water, our air, and the land. They do NOT benefit the lives of the citizens of our state. Precious healthy farmland is ruined to provide the huge space requirements of these facilities. HB 2014 was passed by the majority of republican state delegates and senators. This was a violation of our freedom and our trust. An unknown amount of secret meetings between the owners of the companies that will build these data centers and our elected officials happened and secret agreements were made. Again, these actions were wrong and should NEVER have happened. I will do whatever is necessary to stop these facilities from being built and the tear down and removal of existing facilities.

On Good jobs for Mountaineers

We need good paying jobs that equal careers for our people. Giving companies freed money to come to West Virginia is NOT a good way to keep businesses here. Business owners need the right atmosphere to risk their own wealth to come to our state. Mountaineers are strong and honest workers that enjoy building products. The first step of success is to train our people for good paying careers. The role of government is to remove the reasons that businesses don't want to come to our state. This mostly means ending taxes that steal the wealth of businesses. As governor, I will invite American companies that provide products that Americans want to buy to come become part of West Virginia. Good jobs in our state need to come from industries that are not limited to coal and energy production. West Virginia coal should not be sent over seas to countries like China, ever. Our coal needs to be used to power America.

If elected I will invite business leaders from all across America to an economic summit in West Virginia to discuss how to transforming our state into one of the leading career opportunity locations in our country.

Limiting the power of BIG government

West Virginia has NO term limits for our state house and senate. I recommend and will fight to limit state delegates and senators to 1 term. I want everyone to have trust in our state government and have the opportunity to become a servant of the people. Many current elected officials have been in office for over a decade. This is not right. These people keep being elected because voters are more afraid of losing to another political party or letting new voices be heard.

Many elected officials in our state are, to put it politely, more suited for retirement than serving us. I believe we need an age limit to hold and run for office in our state. I will push, with the help and guidance of the voters, laws that limit the age to hold office in West Virginia.

Ending bad taxes in West Virginia

Our state government does not exist to tax us and spend our money. Unfortunately some necessary services in West Virginia do require taxation. This should always be limited and always be done with caution. When is the last time you heard any elected official call taxation what it really is? Theft. Yes, we need our roads, bridges, and some other services and state employees. I want to have a serious discussion on the role of government in our lives. Maybe we need to make areas of government private, non-profit, for profit, and even to be eliminated. Throwing money at failed government agencies and departments solves nothing.

I want to end all property taxes on our vehicles, land, and homes in West Virginia. Charleston doesn't own our homes. Our state government doesn't own our land or our cars, boats, ATV's, or the money we earn at our jobs. Why does it deserve any of what we have? It doesn't. Government should not exist to steal from the people. What limited government we need has to be paid for by other ways than taking our income and taxing our property. Perhaps a small and permanently limited sales tax is the best way to pay for the small government we unfortunately must have in West Virginia.

Restoring honesty in Voting and Elections

Every voter in West Virginia should be able to register to vote in person at their polling place on the day of the primary and general election.

Many people in 2026 had their voices silenced by the dirty political tricks of political bosses in West Virginia. This was wrong and should never be allowed again. The good old boy system in West Virginia needs to die, forever. I intend to kill it, with your help.

I am ok with closed primaries. That means a registered political party can choose that only members of that political party can vote in the primary for candidates. As long as citizens can register to vote when they go to their polling place or change political parties, that is all I ask. I will fight, with your help to make that the law of the land in our state.

Any political candidate who receives a donation MUST legally share the names and information of donors. Again, many corrupt politicians have passed bad laws to help hide donations to their campaigns. This is wrong and we, together, must fix this injustice. I do not believe political PACs should have the right to put money into West Virginia elections.

I am open to the idea of ranked choice primaries. For example, if 8 people run for governor, the top 3 would have a run off election to decide who will represent the people in the general election for that political party. The winner would need to win 50% or more of the total votes cast in the runoff election. This makes the rich candidate no more powerful than the less wealthy and removes candidates that didn't get much support. I believe this encourages more involvement with elections. I also believe we need to give something special and unique to citizens who vote in primary and general elections each election. Less than 20% of votes in West Virginia participated in the primaries in 2026. We can do better.

West Virginia has no current system that allows for the voters to recall and remove current elected officials. These people who are in office don't want to be accountable to the people for their decisions. I will, with your help, put into law a simple system that allows voters to remove current elected officials by getting a specific number of voter signatures that will require removal of office and a new election.

Finally I want all state senate and delegate openings to be decided on a special election, not appointment by the governor, which is the law today.

Medical Freedom in West Virginia

Our state has some of the most oppressive laws regarding medical freedom in America. Public and private schools require parents to inject questionable drugs into their children just to learn to read and write. The companies that make billions of dollars each year have no legal accountability if their products cause harm or even kill individuals who are forced to take them.

I want every parents to have 100% medical freedom over their children's health, not some government official. This is freedom, what parents suffer now is tyranny.

I want every citizen to be free of the fear of losing their job if they don't inject themselves with drugs their employers tell them they must. This is not freedom. I will fight for 100% medical freedom and privacy of every citizen of our state.

I will also help pass into law financial and criminal liability laws regarding all medications in our state. This means that doctors can be held financially and criminally responsible for all medications they prescribe. It also means that every drug company that sells or provides and medical device or medication in West Virginia can be held criminally and financially responsible for any harm or death they cause.

Preserving our Precious Farmland

As governor I will, with your help, protect and preserve every farm in our state. Our farmers are one of our most important resources in our state. Big business wants to take our farmland and turn them into mass surveillance centers that will pollute and destroy our state and freedoms. I want to turn every farm that is left into a forever farm that is protected forever under law and cannot be used for anything but growing food and raising animals for us to eat. Farmland lost is lost forever.

Fixing our poisoned water in West Virginia

Much of the water in our state is unfit for humans. In fact a lot of it is so polluted that it will sicken or kill humans and animals that drink it. Intentional flooding of underground mines for rare earth mineral extraction is one reason for this pollution. Run off of toxic chemicals from industry is another source of this pollution. Most companies simply pay a fine and keep poisoning us. This will stop if I am your governor.

Other important issues

I am strongly prolife. I want to work on fixing the problems in our family courts that deal with children, adoption, and child services. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment. I want to put an end to mass surveillance of the people through the use of Flock and other camera systems.
